Journal The Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar publishes papers primarily from the field of legal sciences, and works from interdisciplinary or other areas related to legal sciences. Magazines include reviews of books, reviews of scientific and professional conferences, workshops and similar gatherings of interest to professional legal public.
Only original, unpublished works are published in the Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar. The Journal is published at least once a year. The editorial board receives the manuscripts in the Croatian language. Publication of manuscripts is only possible in another languages but only by the decision of the Editiorial Board. Works that have not been submitted in Croatian are published in the original language in accordance with the spelling of that language, with reference to the contents and the summary of the work in Croatian and / or English. Authors are responsible for the entire content and proofreading of the manuscript.
Only categorized papers with two positive reviews are published. If an article is not accepted, Editorial Board sends a notice to the author. By submitting a manuscript for publication in the Proceedings, the authors agree to submit their papers for publishing to the Internet page of the journal, or to the website of the Faculty of Law, University of Mostar. The invitation to authors is constantly open, and the manuscripts are submitted to the Editorial Office continuously throughout the year. The author receives one copy of the Proceedings in which his work was published.
